- Proof of Double Vaccination Required
- All Covid-19 Protocols in Place at the Time Must be Adhered to.
- Reservations needed; Guaranteed by a major credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard).
- All prices listed are in Canadian funds. Credit card (see above) or cash (Canadian dollars preferred; US dollars at the applicable exchange rate of the day) will be accepted
- Minimum charge: SUV (Max 5 Passengers) 3 hours at $135/hr + Applicable Taxes (5% GST) (2021 Calendar Year Only, Subject to Change)
- Additional time will be charged at Canadian $135.00/hr + Applicable Taxes (5% GST) (2021 Calendar Year Only, Subject to Change)
- Minimum charge: Van (Max 14 Passengers) 3 hours at $155.00/hr + Applicable Taxes (5% GST) (2021 Calendar Year Only, Subject to Change)
- Additional time will be charged at Canadian $155.00/hr + Applicable Taxes (5% GST) (2021 Calendar Year Only, Subject to Change)
- Use of luggage trailer Canadian $50.00/trip + Applicable Taxes (5% GST) (2021 Calendar Year Only, Subject to Change)
- Payment collected by guide after your excursion.
- Cancellation Policy 48 hours (except for BC Ferries Reservations Fees, Canadian $45.00 + Applicable Taxes, which are Non-Refundable)
- Cancellations Accepted in Writing Only
- Not responsible or liable for lost or damaged luggage
- Not responsible for required Visas/Passports/ETA's/ESTA's to travel to the United States or Canada
- Not responsible for denial of entry into the United States or Canada
- Not responsible for delays because of weather/road/traffic conditions/forest fire
- Not responsible for delays of ferries and/or airlines
- Excessive cleaning charges apply
- Overnight & meals cost for driver/guide are not included
- Incidentals & meals are not included
- Attraction Admissions, BC Ferries & Fares not included (unless otherwise stated)
- Photos from your excursion may be used for promotional purposes. Please state if you would like to be omitted from this policy
